Resources
The following programs offer additional support for home repairs, renovations, and energy upgrades. Each has its own eligibility requirements—please contact each organization directly for assistance.
USDA Rural Development – Section 504 Home Repair Program
Provides loans to very low-income homeowners to repair or modernize their homes, and grants to elderly low-income homeowners to remove health or safety hazards.

Trained call specialists will be on hand to answer questions and refer individuals in need to services that are available.
